- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can Bartlett pears, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can chunky mixed fruit, drained
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Combine all fruits in lightly oiled 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Add sugar and curry powder to butter.

3Mix well.

4Spoon mixture over fruit.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Serve warm.

7It may be made a day ahead and reheated just before serving.
