  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 large pkg. noodles
  • pepper
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Brown meat; simmer 15 minutes.

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions.

    Cook noodles.

    Put 3/4 noodles in casserole dish; pour meat mixture over noodles.

    Top with onions, sour cream and cream cheese mixture.

    Cover with rest of noodles.

    Put 1 cup of grated cheese on top.

    Bake 30 minutes at 325°.
