  • 1 pie shell, unbaked
  • 2 c. cooked and sweetened dried apples
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. flour

Directions

    Spread cooked apples to cover bottom of pie shell. To beaten eggs, add milk, sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Pour over apples. Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for about 40 minutes or until topping is set.
