  • 2 qt. milk
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • salt
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 qt. cream

Directions

    Heat milk and half of sugar.

    Mix rest of sugar, flour and eggs; beat until light.

    Add to boiling milk; cook until thickened.

    Add vanilla and cream before freezing.

    Makes 2 gallons.
