  • 6 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. honey
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. fruit pulp (blackberries, kiwi fruit, nectarines, peaches or raspberries)

Directions

    Heat cream to just below boiling point.

    Remove from heat; add honey and salt.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Add fruit pulp when cool. Chill and stir.

    Freeze.

    Makes 2 quarts.
