  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 gal. sweet milk

Directions

    Mix ingredients, use 1/2 gallon of sweet milk or enough for mixture to equal 1 gallon.

    Place in ice cream freezer canister. Pack freezer with ice and rock salt.
  3. 3
    Crank until handle is difficult to turn or until electric freezer stops.
