- 4 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs until well beaten.

2Add sugar and mix.

3Add cream, mixing continuously.

4Mix until all sugar is suspended and mixture is creamy.

5Add vanilla and salt and mix.

6Pour batter into 4-quart ice cream freezer.

7Add half and half to fill line (no more than one pint).

8Freeze.
