  • 3 sticks oleo (at room temperature)
  • 1 (1 lb.) carton 10x powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 10x box full sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream oleo; add powdered sugar.

    Add eggs (one at a time). Sift flour 2 more times and combine with sugar mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 long loaf pan. Serve with fruit, if desired.
