Ice Cream Cake

  • 1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pkg. chocolate cookies (Oreos)
  • hot fudge topping
  • caramel topping
  • whipped cream (Cool Whip)

Directions

    In 9 x 13-inch pan cover the bottom of the pan with crushed chocolate cookies.

    Melt vanilla ice cream slightly and put on top of cookies.

    Put hot fudge and caramel topping on top of vanilla ice cream and another layer of cookies.

    Freeze for about an hour. Put slightly melted chocolate ice cream over vanilla and cookie mix, then place Cool Whip over chocolate ice cream.

    Freeze for two hours or until you are ready to serve.

    Makes a great birthday cake and will feed many children.
