  • 60 Ritz crackers (low salt)
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened
  • 2 small pkg. instant pudding (use vanilla or same flavor of ice cream)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Put Ritz crackers in food processor.

    Put crushed crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour melted butter over top.

    Combine together (make sure all crumbs have butter on them).

    Flatten out evenly on bottom of pan.
