  • 3 eggs, beaten until thick
  • 1 c. sugar (add slowly)
  • 1/3 c. water (add slowly)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (add slowly)
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Bake on cookie sheet at 375° until done.

    Don't overbake. Turn out on towel covered with powdered sugar and roll.

    Cool, then unroll and add ice cream.

    Reroll and freeze.
