- 1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 5 or 6 ice cream cones (flat ones)
- fluffy pudding frosting
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blend cake mix, egg and half of the water.

3Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

4Scrape the bowl often (for hand mixing, beat 300 strokes).

5Add remaining water and beat 2 minutes longer.

6(For hand mixing, beat 300 strokes more.) Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each cone.

7Set cones on baking sheet.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Cool on rack.

10Spoon fluffy pudding frosting over the cakes.

11Garnish with sprinkles, if desired.
