- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (22 squares)
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream or flavor of your choice, softened
Directions

1In saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter; cook and stir until sugar is melted.

2Remove from heat; stir in cracker crumbs. Place half of the crumb mixture in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 dish. Carefully spread ice cream over crumbs (pan will be full). Sprinkle with remaining crumbs; gently press down.

3Cover and freeze until firm.

4Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting. May be frozen for up to 2 months.
