- 1 c. nuts (pecans)
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 2 c. crushed Rice Chex (reserve 1 c.)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 gal. ice cream
Directions

1Melt on stove margarine and brown sugar.

2Add nuts, coconut and Rice Chex.

3Reserve 1 cup.

4Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

5Spread ice cream over and sprinkle reserved cup of Rice Chex over ice cream.

6Freeze.
