  • 1 c. nuts (pecans)
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 c. crushed Rice Chex (reserve 1 c.)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream

Directions

    Melt on stove margarine and brown sugar.

    Add nuts, coconut and Rice Chex.

    Reserve 1 cup.

    Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Spread ice cream over and sprinkle reserved cup of Rice Chex over ice cream.

    Freeze.
