  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

    Beat egg white and 1 cup of sugar for 1 minute, then combine all ingredients and beat well until light and fluffy.

    (Add 1/2 cup cocoa for chocolate or add peanut butter to taste.)
