Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
• 4 tsp lime juice
• 1 lb turkey cutlets, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 None onion, peeled and cut into thin wedges
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 1/2 lb tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup vegetable stock
• 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
• 1 stalks rosemary
• 2 stalks basil, chopped
• 8 oz tagliatelle
• None None lime slices and fresh herbs for garnish
