Ice Cream Pie

  • 1 container Ice Cream (any Flavor)
  • 20 whole Sandwich Cookies
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • Milk
  • 1 box Chocolate Pudding (large)

    Soften ice cream.

    While ice cream is softening, take sandwich cookies and run through a food processor or crush by hand until crumbs.

    Take the cookie crumbs and add butter slowly until crumbs hold together when pressed.

    Press crumb mixture into a 9x13 pan.

    Now, add half as much milk to the pudding as called for and whisk together. (Will be really thick!!)

    Mix pudding and ice cream together.

    Spread over crumb crust

    Cover with foil and freeze for at least 24 hours before serving.
