- 2 chocolate pie crusts
- 1 half gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- pecan pieces
Directions

1Soften ice cream and spread evenly into 2 pie crusts.

2Place back in freezer.

3Melt marshmallows and chocolate chips in double boiler.

4Stir in evaporated milk.

5Mix well.

6When mixture has cooled to room temperature, spread it on top of frozen ice cream pies.

7Add pecan pieces or whipped topping.

8Place back in freezer for at least 2 hours before eating.
