  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. crushed nuts
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream (Cool Whip)
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 14 crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tsp. melted margarine to bond graham cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix together well the butter, egg and sugar.

    Fold in drained pineapple and nuts.

    Layer dish or bowl with cracker crumbs.

    Add filling; add whipped cream.

    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

    Serve chilled (approximately 2 hours).
