  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 large Carnation milk, chilled
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

    Line pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) with crumb mixture and pack. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water and let cool.

    Cream the cream cheese and sugar.

    Add to Jell-O mixture.

    Have milk cold; whip until stiff and add Jell-O and cream mixture.

    Whip 3 or 4 minutes and add drained crushed pineapple.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pan and sprinkle about 1 cup crumbs on top.

    Then refrigerate until firm (overnight).
