  • 1 c. lard
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda

  • 5 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped peanuts

    Cream lard, butter and sugars.

    Add eggs.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Shape into about 5 long rolls.

    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

    Slice with sharp knife. Bake on lightly greased baking sheets at 350°.
