- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 7 ounces, weight Cod Fillet
- 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/4 bunches Fresh Chive
- 1/4 bunches Fresh Dill
- Salt And Pepper
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

2Cook the cod 5 minutes, turning it over halfway.

3Remove the cod from the pan and let it cool.

4Put the cod and all the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely combined.

5Add milk if the texture is too thick.

6Place the mousse in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
