  • 7 ounces, weight Cod Fillet
  • 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1/4 bunches Fresh Chive
  • 1/4 bunches Fresh Dill
  • Salt And Pepper

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

    Cook the cod 5 minutes, turning it over halfway.

    Remove the cod from the pan and let it cool.

    Put the cod and all the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely combined.

    Add milk if the texture is too thick.

    Place the mousse in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
