  • 1 c. onions, sliced thin
  • 1 c. green peppers, sliced (can use 1/2 red)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

    Drain off all excess liquid.

    in refrigerator overnight. Then put in jars and refrigerate.
