  • 7 c. peeled, sliced cucumbers
  • 1 c. green peppers, chopped thin
  • 1 c. onions, chopped or sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Cook small beets until tender.

    Cold dip and skip off skins. Cover with pickle syrup and simmer 15 minutes.

    Seal in clean jars.
