  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2/3 c. raw sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 yeast cake
  • 6 to 8 c. whole wheat flour

Directions

    Mix potatoes, liquid, sugar, yeast, salt and 1/2 the flour. Beat well.

    Add rest of the flour to make a soft dough.

    Let rise once.

    Shape and bake.
