- 3 lb. cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
- 2 medium size onions
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Grate or chop first 4 ingredients.

2Add salt and mustard seed. Mix well.

3Heat vinegar, water and sugar until it comes to a boil and sugar is dissolved.

4Cool and pour over cabbage mixture.

5Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator, then enjoy.

6Will keep a month.
