- 1 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds, pecan halves, walnut halves or cashews
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line baking sheet with foil; butter the foil.

2In heavy 8-inch skillet, combine nuts, sugar and margarine.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly 9 minutes or until sugar melts and turns a rich brown color.

4Remove from heat.

5Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.

6Cool completely.

7Break into clusters. Store tightly covered.
