  • 14 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup light chocolate soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons fat fee artificially sweetened vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute (1 packet)
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping (optional)
  • cocoa powder (optional)

Directions

    In a small microwaveable cup, combine the water and coffee powder.

    Microwave on high powder for about 20 seconds, or until hot.

    In the jar of a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, sugar substitute, reserved coffee mixture, and ice.
