  • 4 whole Peaches (washed And Dried)
  • 1 whole Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Extract
  • 1 whole Egg Well Beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

    Using 1 refrigerated pie crust, cut into 4 pieces (triangle shaped). Wrap each piece of pie crust around a peach, encasing the peach completely. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes or until crust is brown.

    While peaches are baking - make the sauce. In a small saucepan melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Whisk in powdered sugar and extract. Gradually whisk in egg. Return to medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles.

    Place one baked peach in a small bowl - pour 1/4 of sauce over peach and enjoy!
