- 1 whole Large Head Of Cauliflower, Leaves And Stem Removed
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Style Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Directions

1Wash the cauliflower and place in a microwave safe, 2-quart casserole dish with only the water that clings to it. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave on high for 7-9 minutes per pound. Remove from the microwave and let stand, covered for 8-10 minutes.

2In a small microwave safe bowl, combine the mayo, mustard and salt. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds, until hot. Stir to blend and then spread evenly over the cauliflower. Top with the cheese and heat in the microwave on high until the cheese melts, about 90 seconds. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
