  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g Bourbon/Madagascan vanilla ice cream
  • 100 g Irish Cream Liqueur Ice cream ie. Baileys
  • 200 ml cold coffee
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • None None fine coffee powder for dusting
  • 4 None chocolates or chocolate decorations
  • None None pastry bag with star nozzle tip

    Whip the cream and vanilla extract until stiff with a hand mixer and add it to the pastry bag. Divide the ice cream between two glasses, then pour half of the cold coffee and liqueur into each. Pipe the cream on top and sprinkle with coffee powder. Garnish with the chocolates.
