  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus extra for drizzling (the sort to make chocolate milk)

    CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE COFFEE COOLER:.

    In a blender, combine espresso, half-and-half, coffee ice cubes and vanilla and caramel syrups.

    Puree until smooth, then transfer to a tall glass.

    Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
