- 1 tsp. gelatin and 1 Tbsp. cold water (soften gelatin in cold water)
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. liquid sugar-free sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Mix together hot water, sweetener and lemon juice.

2Heat. Dissolve gelatin in hot water mixture.

3Chill until set.

4Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.

5Fold in whipped gelatin mixture. Serve in 4 sherbet glasses.
