- 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Water
- 1 teaspoon Matcha
- 1 cup Milk
Directions

1Simple syrup: Add honey and hot water to a mason jar and stir well. Make sure water is not boiling or this will cause the matcha to become bitter.

2Sift matcha with a small mesh strainer or sieve into the jar. Whisk into a smooth paste.

3Pour milk to the 1-cup line, put a tight lid on the jar, and shake well. Add ice to the 1 1/2-cup line and drink right away. If you want to be absolutely sure there are no pesky matcha balls hanging out, let it settle for a few moments before drinking.
