  • 2 large oranges, chopped fine
  • 2 c. grated coconut (fresh is best)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. coconut milk (can use cream of coconut)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Combine all and boil until thick.

    Remove from heat.

    Drain juice from small can of pineapple and add the pineapple to cooked mixture.

    Spread between cake layers, top and sides.
