- 2 large oranges, chopped fine
- 2 c. grated coconut (fresh is best)
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 c. coconut milk (can use cream of coconut)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Combine all and boil until thick.

2Remove from heat.

3Drain juice from small can of pineapple and add the pineapple to cooked mixture.

4Spread between cake layers, top and sides.
