  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted
  • 2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped cucumber
  • 12 cup chopped green onion
  • 12 cup chopped green pepper
  • 12 cup sliced pimento stuffed olive
  • 18 teaspoon white pepper
  • seasoned croutons (optional)

Directions

    Stir yogurt in a large bowl until smooth.

    Add chicken broth again whisking until smooth.

    Stir in the olives, cucumber, green onion and green pepper.

    Season with white pepper and refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours.

    Garnish with croutons as you wish just before serving.
