- 1 c. cold mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat well after each addition.

4Blend in potatoes and vanilla.

5Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.

6Add alternately with milk.

7Blend well after each addition.

8Stir in nuts.

9Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350°
