  • 2 c. seasoned croutons
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions

    In the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, spread the croutons and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk with salt and mustard. Pour over the croutons and cheese. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
