- 3/4 c. margarine or butter
- 42 low-salt saltine crackers
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab, thawed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add 1/2 of cracker mixture (crackers broken into quarters and mixed with margarine) in a one-quart baking dish. Place 1/2 of the crab on top of the crackers.

3Add remaining crackers and crab in the same manner.

4Top with paprika and lemon juice.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Serves 2.
