- 1 chicken, cut in 8 pieces
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

2Rinse chicken pieces.

3Pat dry with paper towels.

4Dip each piece of chicken in 1/4 cup butter, then bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting pan, making sure not to overlap pieces.

5Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until browned as desired.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
