- 1 lb. backfin crab meat
- 1/2 green pepper, partially cooked in 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of pepper and paprika
- capers
Directions

1Place crab meat in colander and rinse off with cold water to get rid of any grit.

2Place crab meat, pimento and green pepper in bowl.

3Combine other ingredients and gently fold in casserole. Garnish with pimento strips.

4Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
