Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Deluxe or lump crab meat (try not to mash)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 strip pimiento
  • 1/3 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and a little pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Saute green pepper in the butter.

    Mix together with the remaining ingredients, except for mayonnaise.

    Put in individual shells or casserole dish.
  4. 4
    Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes. Spread top of each crab shell or the casserole with mayonnaise and broil only until brown.
