- 1 lb. Deluxe or lump crab meat (try not to mash)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 strip pimiento
- 1/3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt and a little pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Saute green pepper in the butter.

2Mix together with the remaining ingredients, except for mayonnaise.

3Put in individual shells or casserole dish.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes. Spread top of each crab shell or the casserole with mayonnaise and broil only until brown.
