  • 1 lb. backfin or lump crabmeat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 to 5 crackers (made into crumbs)
  • Old Bay to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • milk
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Thin some mayonnaise with a little milk. Grease shells and add crab mixture.

    Put mayonnaise mixture on top.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 400° until top is brown (about 15 minutes).
