- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 5 slices bacon, diced
- 1/3 c. green onions, sliced
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
Directions

1Cook rice as package directs.

2In a 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings. Stir in rice and onions.

3Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in soy sauce.

5Season to taste with pepper.

6Add vegetables; gently toss.

7Cover; heat through.
