  • 12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2 pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds on high or 1 minute by hand. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
