  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Grease 10 1/2-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with hand beater.

    Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
