  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Grease pie pan and sprinkle with bacon, cheese and onion. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

    Pour over ingredients in pie pan and bake in 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
