Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Lightly grease baking dish.

   Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.

   Stir in salt and pepper.

   Spread beef in dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

   Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour in dish.

   Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes, in a 400° oven.
