Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease pie plate.

   Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.

   Stir in salt and pepper.

   Spread in pie plate.

   Sprinkle with cheese.

   Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over pie plate.
