  • 175 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g peanut butter (crunchy one)
  • 2 shallots (french onions)
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce

Directions

    Cut the shallot into small pieces.

    Heat the coconut milk with the peanut butter, ad the shallots, soy sauce and Chilli.

    Cook everything for 10 minutes, so that you have a creamy dip.
